Odaiba Anime Stores: Three Malls by the Bay

Odaiba anime stores are spread across three malls by the bay: DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, DECKS Tokyo Beach, and AQUA CiTY ODAIBA. Between them you’ll find official character shops, secondhand toy shops, and capsule toy shops. This guide is for travelers who want to shop for anime goods while sightseeing in Odaiba.

In short:

  • DiverCity Tokyo Plaza has the most shops.
  • Official shops for Gundam, ONE PIECE, and Godzilla are all in DiverCity.
  • Each mall has a PIE VAT Station tax-free counter for its partner shops.

Store hours and floors below were checked on the official pages of each store or building in November 2026. They can change, so check the store’s page before you go.

DiverCity Tokyo Plaza

Getting there: 5 minutes’ walk from Daiba Station on the Yurikamome, or 3 minutes from Exit B of Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai Line (DiverCity Tokyo Plaza).

Hours: Shops are open 11:00–20:00 on weekdays, and 10:00–21:00 on weekends and holidays. Most shop pages say they follow the mall’s hours or tell you to check their notices.

Crowds: THE GUNDAM BASE TOKYO may limit entry or hand out numbered tickets when it’s crowded.

What we haven’t verified

We checked the official pages of each store or building from Japan in November 2026. We haven’t verified:

  • Whether hours and floors are still the same after November 2026
  • Each shop’s own hours in DiverCity and AQUA CiTY ODAIBA
