Looking for the best anime merch websites in your own country? Stores in the US, UK, Canada and Australia sell anime figures and goods too, and some makers, such as Good Smile Company, list the stores they work with. We checked those stores in November 2026.
In short:
- To find a legit store, start from the maker’s own list, such as Good Smile Company’s partner shop list, or the maker’s own store for your country if there is one.
- Each country has its own stores, and some ship to nearby countries too.
- Bonuses and editions sold only in Japan may be harder to find at these stores (we haven’t checked each store).

How to tell a store is legit
Looking for legit anime merch sites? Start here:
- The maker’s list: Good Smile Company publishes a partner shop list by country. Every store in the tables below, except the maker’s own stores, is on it.
- The maker’s own store: Good Smile Company’s official stores outside Japan are Good Smile U.S., Good Smile Europe (for the EU; it doesn’t ship to the UK), Good Smile Company UK, and Good Smile Company Korea. Good Smile Company doesn’t list an official store for Canada or Australia, so use the partner shops there.
Good Smile Company’s own online store (goodsmile.com) reopened on November 6, 2026 for browsing only, after unauthorized access in October. New orders aren’t available yet. For now, Good Smile Company points customers outside Japan to the stores above and to partner shops.
The tables below are based on each store’s shipping or checkout page, checked from Japan in November 2026. Shipping fees and countries can change, so check the store’s own page before you order.
United States
| Store | What we found |
|---|---|
| Good Smile U.S. | Good Smile Company’s own store for the US. It has a “Good Smile Bonus” section. All orders ship from its US warehouse. Orders from outside the US also include a US tariff surcharge, and your country’s duties and taxes may still apply. Some items can’t ship to some countries, and the product page says so. See their help page for customers outside the US. |
| Entertainment Earth | On the partner list. Ships to most countries, but not to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, or the Middle East. In-stock items sent by DHL eCommerce take about 9 to 14 business days. See their international orders page and shipping page. |
| BigBadToyStore | On the partner list. Ships to Canada (with a flat rate), the UK, and Australia, among others. You can hold items in a “Pile of Loot” and ship them together. Some items can’t ship to some countries because of the makers’ licensing, and the product page says so. See their international shipping page. |
The partner list has more US stores, including Tokyo Otaku Mode and Kinokuniya’s stores. We haven’t checked their shipping.
United Kingdom

Stores that ship from Japan
Good Smile Company’s partner list doesn’t have a section for Japan, so these stores aren’t on it:
- HLJ: Ships from Japan. You can keep items in a free warehouse and ship them together, and see prices in many currencies. As of November 2026, its homepage says ECMS and DHL shipping to the US is suspended.
- Nin-Nin-Game: Ships from Japan.
For Japanese stores such as AmiAmi and CDJapan, see Which Japanese Anime Stores Ship Internationally?
How do prices compare with Japan?
We compared the preorder price of one figure with its announced tax-included price in Japan (checked from Japan in November 2026, shipping not included):
- HLJ: about 9% lower (the Japanese price without Japan’s consumption tax)
- Nin-Nin-Game: about 13% lower
Shipping, import tax, and duties come on top, and they depend on your country. We haven’t compared the prices at stores in your country.
Bonuses and editions sold only in Japan
Good Smile Company says its own bonuses come only with orders through its official sales channels, so check each store or product page.
Some Amazon.co.jp exclusive bonus editions can ship directly to your country through AmazonGlobal. See What Is Tokuten? and How to Order from Amazon Japan to Your Door.
What we haven’t verified
We’re based in Japan, so we can’t test ordering from these countries ourselves. We haven’t verified:
- Which stores carry bonuses or editions sold only in Japan
- Which countries Good Smile U.S. ships to
- Shipping for Forbidden Planet and Mega Culture
- Import tax, duties, and returns at each store
- Store lists from makers other than Good Smile Company
